I figured I’d put a real post up her not a reblog or a take on something I’ve seen, something that is pure me. So, I’ve started this thing where I walk around 4.5 miles a day, which translates into a trip to Kroger and back and a few laps around the block. Anyway, I walked to the bank today to get myself some money to spend at Kroger. Then I started walking past all the houses that unlike in other places, in Eaton you cant tell if rich people or poor people live in what house because were all kind of average. I keep getting off topic, so past the houses and burger king, Walgreens, speedway,Taco Hell, and every other fast food place in town and I get to Kroger, in 30 minutes flat I might add. So I walk into Kroger and round the store after I get stuck behind slow people and I grab a protein bar and head for the checkout. I glance at the lines to see whats the shortest and I saw him, him being Austin a.k.a the guy Ive had a crush on since 7th grade and hes also my friend, I wouldn’t say best friend because I know I’m not his best friend so ya. Anyway I see him and I retreat into the nearest aisle and go through my thoughts “OMG Austin, should I go in his lane, no, yes, no, sure why the hell not, no, just do it already” meanwhile my stomach is flipping out and my heart is pounding. so I head to his lane and stand cause there are like 5 people in front of me, i just kept looking at the ground and glancing up and when i glanced up for like the tenth time there was 1 guy in front of me and Austin looks up and goes “Britt Lit Britt” (an inside joke) and all shyly I’m like “Hi” and we start talking like “How are you” and Im like “good” and we talk about portal and he asked if I beat it yet an told him I gave up. He scanned my LUNA bar and hes like really? I’m on a diet I said and he gave me a look like again? and I told him i’m wearing a Selena Gomez dress for prom and he asked which one and i was like oh you know the one. he just laughed and I gave him a dollar to pay for my dinner and i got my change and we said our goodbyes and I walked out the doors. As I walked hot I couldn’t stop smiling, Austin does the thing to me where he makes me just not me and i really well umm……… LIKE him ( I wanna use the other L word that ends with O-V-E but,I cant) and then I got home and I stopped smiling because dad was yelling but, then I looked at my receipt and it said at the top “Your Cashier was Austin” and the smiles started all over.
Theirs not another book that i have read in the past year that has been so eye opening than this. The Herion Diaries by Nikki Sixx, I’ve been offered to do hardcore drugs and things that I would never consider by myself but, I will never say yes to any of them. I couldnt stand being addictied to anything I have an addictive personality so I know I would dive into a drug addtics ife in a heart beat. I’ll just keep on smoking weed and not do anything that would ever control me.
